Vehicle and route
Passenger count, road type, number of days and whether high-altitude excursions need a local vehicle all sit in this line.
Bum La
The excursion can add permit cost, a local arrangement and extra running. Confirm whether it is inside the package.
Season
Peak holidays, winter snow weeks, long weekends and festival dates tighten rooms. Book earlier for those windows.

Arunachal can cost more than a short hill-station week because the drives are long, vehicles are specialised and remote rooms are scarce. A group still cuts the per-person figure more than almost anything else.
