Foothill town, orange country and the climb toward Mayudia
Roing sits lower than Anini, in a belt of foothill forest and orange orchards, with the climb to Mayudia as the usual high day. Many eastern itineraries sleep here because the next road is long and because Mayudia, in winter, is one of the more reachable snow points in this part of the state.
Two nights work well: a town evening and a Mayudia day, with Anini only if you have more time. Summer rain changes the climb; winter frost makes the pass a different trip. Check the road the morning you go up.
Clearer foothills and a kinder Mayudia day.
Deep forest, wet roads, fewer reliable views.
The easiest first visit to Lower Dibang.
Cold mornings and the best chance of snow at the pass.
Tell us if you want only Mayudia or the longer Anini road. We will match nights to the season.
