Timeless Escape keeps the first-timer’s spine — Srinagar, Pahalgam, Gulmarg and Sonmarg — and adds a full Doodhpathri excursion before you fly out. That extra day is the difference: less rush on the main sights, and a morning in a valley most packaged tours never reach.

You still overnight in Pahalgam after the Lidder drive, then use Srinagar as the base for gardens, the gondola, the glacier corridor and the Valley of Milk. Deluxe hotel or houseboat stays are the starting point; Standard and Premium can be swapped in when we quote.

Day 01

Arrival in Srinagar

Overnight · Srinagar hotel or houseboat

Arrive at Srinagar Airport and transfer to your hotel or houseboat.
Evening Shikara ride on Dal Lake with views of the floating gardens.
Leisure stroll along Boulevard Road, soaking in the lakeside atmosphere.

Day 02

Pahalgam

Overnight · Pahalgam

Scenic drive to Pahalgam (approximately 4 hours).
En route visit the saffron fields (seasonal) and the Awantipora ruins.
Explore Betaab Valley and Aru Valley, with pine slopes and the Lidder running through the meadows.
Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 03

Srinagar Local Sightseeing

Overnight · Srinagar

Return toward the city and visit the Mughal Gardens: Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh and Chashme Shahi.
Climb to Shankaracharya Temple for a wide view over Dal Lake and the old quarters.
Shopping at Lal Chowk for handicrafts, carpets and dry fruits.

Day 04

Gulmarg Excursion

Overnight · Srinagar

Drive to Gulmarg (approximately 2 hours).
Ride the Gulmarg Gondola toward Apharwat Peak (phase operation depends on weather).
Winter: skiing and snow play. Summer: meadow walks and pony rides across the open bowl.
Return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 05

Sonmarg

Overnight · Srinagar

Drive to Sonmarg (approximately 3 hours) along the Sindh valley.
Pony ride toward Thajiwas Glacier (walking option for those who prefer it).
Riverside walks along the Sindh River before the return drive.
Return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 06

Doodhpathri Excursion

Overnight · Srinagar

Drive to Doodhpathri (approximately 2 hours) in the Budgam meadows.
Known as the Valley of Milk — open pasture, pine forest and streams that run pale over limestone.
Nature walks, horse rides and picnic spots away from the main tourist circuit.
Return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 07

Departure

Transfer · Srinagar Airport / Railway Station

Breakfast and check-out from the hotel or houseboat.
Last-minute shopping for pashmina shawls and papier-mâché souvenirs (subject to flight time).
Transfer to Srinagar Airport / Railway Station for departure.
