Arrival in Leh — complete rest

- Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to the hotel.
- The entire day is reserved for acclimatisation.
Leh → Sham → Nubra → Turtuk → Pangong → Hanle → Tso Moriri → Leh
Ten nights is the week that can honestly hold both lakes and Hanle. Sham and two Nubra nights with Turtuk come first. Pangong, then Hanle, then Tso Moriri, then a long return to Leh and a buffer day before the airport. That last Leh night is not padding — the eastern circuit runs late when weather moves.
This is not a 6-day trip stretched. If you only have a week, pick Highlights or Explorer instead of cutting nights off this route.
Three easy days before Khardung La.
Two valley nights, not a single exhausted afternoon.
One night at each lake, with Hanle between them.
Dark sky if the night is clear; a spare Leh day after the long east.
