Seven Sisters Falls

Seven lines on one cliff — full after rain, often a dry wall in winter

A monsoon photograph, a winter geology lesson

Nohsngithiang — printed as Seven Sisters — is a set of streams that share one cliff face on the Sohra side. After heavy rain they run together as the postcard. In the dry months you may see stained rock and one or two thin lines.

The viewpoint is close to the Shillong–Sohra road. Do not promise seven white columns in January. Pair with Nohkalikai on the same loop.
